Equipment REturn
Does anyone have a physical ATT address to return equipment? I called and texted but they said the only way to return was FEDEX/UPS Stores. I don't have a car to get to one.

Does anyone have a physical ATT address to return equipment? I called and texted but they said the only way to return was FEDEX/UPS Stores. I don't have a car to get to one.

If the nearest FedEx or UPS store is more than 10 miles away, they'll send you a return kit. Otherwise you have to take the items in.

Speaking from experience, you need to drop the equipment off at a FedEx or UPS location so they can box it up and give you a receipt of return. Need to keep the receipt for a few years to avoid getting charged for equipment that goes rogue. Have a friend take you or take an Uber or something.
