Do I have to pay for an AT&T Dedicated IP for other's to join my Minecraft Server?
I have a BGW320-500 Modem, with a TP-Link Router and TP-Link Mesh system. I'm trying to run a Minecraft server (and maybe other games in the future) off of my PC using Forge. While devices can join the server within the network, devices outside the network are unable to.
They were able to with the same Router and system back on a Spectrum service, but not this AT&T one. And I'm unable to find any settings left I can change and test that would allow others to join.
Can anyone tell me a reason why? Something else I can try out?
I've Port Forwarded, done everything with the Firewall and exceptions I could find, I've made my Static IP through my router. I don't know what else to do. And no article or video thus far has helped me.
Do I have no other choice but to buy the "static ip" AT&T offers for them to turn off some blocking setting that stops others from joining my game?

Do you have IP Passthrough set up on the Gateway to pass traffic to your router?

Just to add one minor point, although Att Internet product doesn't state IP address is static, mine has never changed since I've had the service.
Have you tried running the minecraft server off a computer directly connected to the gateway?
