Can't open ports on router 5268AC

I tried to open some ports to play multiplayer with an emulator on my router 5268AC but they remain closed. I already did a Factory Reset and also chose the device name instead of putting the ip for port forwarding, I also tried with Firewall off and Antivirus off but still doesn't work. I checked ports using the emulator/game and they are closed. I'll attach some pictures. Do you guys have any idea how to solve this? Thanks.
