Can't create a profile in Smart Home Manager
When I log into Smart Home Manager with my iphone or my desktop, I do not have the option to create a profile. Would anyone know why? Just an FYI, I have an Orbi wireless access point, with the Arris NVG5889 (wifi disabled) doing the routing.

Because you have an Arris NVG 589. That model Gateway doesn't support that feature. If you had a 5268AC or a BGW 210, then that feature should work (though there have been issues on the BGW 210 in the past).

Much appreciated, Jeff. I’m not sure where you find that information, but I’ll trust you. Looks like I’ll need to call ATT to get a new router (or simply find a better option).
