ATT WIFI Out for Days; ATT Not Providing Any Information

ATT WIFI has been out for days in Daly City, no resolution in sight.

ATT website is useless: still says"we're trying to fix this within 24 hours," more than 72 hours later.

Is there a regulatory agency I can contact for assistance?
