AT&T Uverse Down?

No internet. Gateway has flashing red lights on Broadband 1. What is happening? If my gateway needs replacing, which one would you recommend?

Message from my gateway.

WARNING: Broadband service is not available (Message ID: NAD-2302)

The Pace 5268AC gateway could not connect to your Broadband service.

This can occur due to emergency network maintenance or other unforeseen temporary service disruptions. The Service LED light on the front of the system will automatically turn green once the problem has been resolved, typically within a short period.

Likely a connection issue outside of the home. You should make sure that the data cable between your gateway and the wall outlet is still connected and not damaged. Then I suggest that you download and install AT&T's Smart Home Manager from your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). It's a free tool and will help you identify if there are issues with your service, allow you to run a speed test, determine if you have good Wi-Fi performance throughout your home, etc. The tool can also schedule a service call, if indicated. If this doesn't help, you'll have to contact 800.288.2020 for service and be prepared for long wait times.

It was a connection outside and was repaired yesterday.. A total of about 3 days of no internet... I was starting to have withdrawal symptoms. .. :)
