AT&T Router sent to wrong address

My AT&T router has been sent to my service address, and not the shipping address which I had mentioned while ordering the device. Currently no one is living at the address where the device is delivered, and the UPS tracking already mentions that the equipment has been delivered at the doorstep. I want to know where exactly my equipment has been delivered since I move in the new address in 3 days.

  • Are you able to go to the service address to check if the router was sent there? 
  • Have you contacted UPS to see where they have taken the package? 
  • Have you used our Order management Portal to check the status of your order?
