AT&T Fixed Wireless Internet Rarely Works

I have had the AT&T Fixed Wireless at my house for a few months now. When it works, it's awesome. For the past 3 days or so it hasn't worked. I had the issue a few weeks ago, a field tech came out, said nothing was wrong, and it magically started working again. 

All the lights are green, even the service light. The wifi light is blinking green. Our phones and roku say it's connected to wifi but not to internet. I have tried rebooting it to no success. 

Has anyone else experienced this same thing? It's very irritating when I'm paying for something that doesn't work.
