Area internet outage-5 days and counting
5 days with area internet outage. Their 24-48 hour resolution repair is a complete joke! NO updates on their precious link they want you to sign into to stay in the loop. Corporate has been contacted and they give the same run around. ATT has horrible customer service!! Stop and don’t give anything for Mother’sDay! It will just give heartache!

@ATTHelp I have about 40 link text, the outage hasn't been updated. No one seems to really help they only say wait 24 hours without many details.. its been 11 days already and still no wifi, AT&T seems not to have this a priority to fix this issue. I've missed work since I work from home.

we are having the same issue now at this point we are just gonna switch companies this is crazyy it’s been 3 days and no wifi when it was just working fine then stopped out no where.
We already live in the middle of no where so trying to get a phone signal is hard as is then the lack of trying to fix the wifi after 3 days is just sad we have no choice but to switch to a more reliable company ATT should just stick phones and tablets honestly

Experiencing a broadband internet outage, so far 40 hours and counting.
Called technical support and was basically told to wait at least 48 hours and see if service is reestablished in that time.
No assurances!.
No further details...
Very frustrating that after 40 hours they can't provide a more definite answer.
Will begin looking for alternatives and take advantage of the switch to go for fiber optic cable which AT&T does not yet offer in my area.
