AN ANT MOUND AND CORRODED WIRES!!!!?
My AT&T Internet has been dropping in and out EVERY 15 MINUTES since I moved into my new house (that is "in-town") in January 2023!!!!!
Wasted 2 Saturdays to HAVE 2 DIFFERENT AT&T TECHS COME OUT and check the "issue".
The FIRST TECH was AWESOME and HE checked EVERYTHING (it WASN'T MY EQUIPMENT AND/OR MY WIRING, because it was ALL BRAND NEW when I moved in)!!!!! He showed me that it was THE AT&T BOX #730 (in Bellville, Texas) ACROSS THE STREET FROM MY NEW HOUSE THAT HAD CORRODED WIRES AND AN ANT MOUND BUILT WITHIN BOX #730 (BTW, it STILL has the ever growing ant mound).
THE SECOND TECH COMES OUT AND I TOLD HIM WHAT THE OTHER TECH SHOWED ME THE PREVIOUS SATURDAY, but THE SECOND TECH NEVER CHECKED THE BOX AND THEN PRECEDED TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS MY ROUTER AND WIRING (REALLY??!!??)!!!!!
THAT was COMPLETE (Edited per community guidelines) because I got a new router when I moved in 6 months ago AND the TECH had already checked EVERYTHING ON MY SIDE from the SATURDAY BEFORE!!!!! SO, THE SECOND TECH just LIED, replaced my router AND did A(Edited per community guidelines)OLUTELY NOTHING MORE!!!!!
NEEDLESS TO SAY, MY INTERNET CONTINUES TO DROP IN AND OUT EVERY 15 MINUTES AND THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXED SIMPLY BECAUSE AT&T BOX #730 ON MY STREET NEEDS REPAIR AND SERVICING (IN WHICH I WAS SHOWN INITIALLY)....I called AGAIN, and of course ANOTHER TECH is being sent out (because AT&T's Customer Service is totally "scripted" and there is no "real" Customer Service) this coming Saturday (3rd Saturday in a row now) just to be told that "it's the AT&T box" (in which AT&T has done NOTHING about) and/or to just be given me a new router!!!!!
The craziest the thing about the whole situation is that my service was moved approximately 2 blocks down the street from my previous address (where I had no issues with my AT&T Internet WHATSOEVER and my AT&T Internet worked great).
HOWEVER, it has been a CONSTANT DROP OF MY AT&T INTERNET ever since I moved I to my new house.
SO, WHY IS THERE SUCH A DIFFERENCE IN A MATTER OF 2 BLOCKS.....MAYBE IT'S AT&T BOX #730???!!!???
MAYBE MAINTAIN YOUR D**N EQUIPMENT WHEN THE ISSUE HAS BEEN MADE APPARENT, PLEASE!!!!!!
