did you agree to a 2 year commitment? then yes 20 dollars fer each month of the commitment 

23 times 20 would be 460 dollars early termination fee  its not at&t's issue you moved

yes i did when you sign up for internet you are agreeing to a 2 year commitment if you cancel one month in you pay 20 dollars each for the remaining 23 months you committed to
