Why is AT&T Scamming customers? Federal Trade Commission Contacted-

I was told that my reconnect fee would be refunded because I was never told about the $35 charge.  Today, I after contacting for the third time because the charge hadn't been removed I was told by an AT&T agent that Reconnect Fees aren't waived. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission to inform them of the ongoing ATT scam of not informing customers of certain charges, saying they be removed and then being told they don't reconnect fees. This is a SCAM. I have noticed I am not only customer that has had the same issue and at this point I am looking for another provider. Comcast might be the best option.

I had the same problem. And they also scam you and give you false advertisement and lie to you. Why use a service of someone who you pay to lie to you, scam you, false advertisement, constantly charge you with stupid staff
