Switch from Charter and no rewards were offered!
Hello,
I got Uverse 25 installed and I also used to do help desk contract work for AT&T back in 2009.
I switched from Charter Specturm to ATT Uverse and the sales person never offered me a rewards card for switching.
While the service seems to be more stable: I noticed bad latency issues already. I am upset because no one offered me a discount also because I am disabled on a fixed income.
