Resetting @att.net Password
Every time I log on to my @att.net account, it tells me I've tried unsuccessfully to use that password too many times and I have to reset the password. This is EVERY SINGLE TIME I log on. Anyone else have this problem? Better yet, anyone know how I can fix it?
Update: It's even doing it while I'm trying to log in to post this question.
Second Update: When I try to change my password (again), it's not sending me a new one.

Let's meet in a Direct Message to get started. Please check your Direct Message Inbox (it’s the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).

Perhaps I'm dense, but I see neither a bell icon or a chat icon (whatever that's supposed to look like) anywhere on the page I'm reading this from or on the other AT&T forum pages.

Hello again, jtruchan0.
We never heard from you, so it's possible that the chat icon is no longer visible. We'll try to send you a new one. The chat icon is in the upper right corner of the page when you log in. There's Categories, Ask a question, Leaderboard, att.com, and next to that is the chat icon.
