Resetting a subaccount password

I need to reset a subaccount password.  I tried earlier and succeeded in resetting MY email password which I really didn't want to do.  I tried again and when into the endless circle of filling in the user name/password/reset.  Then on to the user name/zip code/last name, etc.  Round and round.  I did a chat and discovered that I was connected to the Billing department and that they couldn't assist me and gave me a number to call.  Ridiculous!  I should be able to reset a subaccount under my main account online.

So how is it done?  Without enlisting the "Digital Experts" at the number I was given.
