question my bill

I had no or intermittent internet connection for 5 weeks.  how do Icredit for 5 weeks of charges?

You'd have to call 800-288-2020.  But were these known outages, like did AT&T show them on their outages web page?  If not, and I presume you didn't call to report these, then you may have a hard time getting credit.
