Hi there, Jahangel. Thank you for bringing this property damage to our attention. We are saddened that the property damage has happened and that you have not received a phone call back We do understand the seriousness of the matter. We can point you in the right direction.

When it comes to property damage, after a 48-hour business time frame, and you have not heard anything after your claim, please go to www.mysedgwick.com and register as a new user with your claim number. There you can also contact your Sedgwick adjuster. That is for property or home damage.

If the damage was done to yards, plants, or bushes, please contact our Buried Wire group at 1-800-924-9420 option 2. Their hours are form 7:30am - 6pm EST Monday through Friday. You can also email them at bwire@att.com

Again, thank you so much for bringing this report to our attention and for posting on the AT&T Community Forums.

Thanks for sharing that information with us @Jahangel. We understand your frustration.

In order to further assist with the damage to your property, and to check the status of your claim we'll need to meet in a DM. We'll need to authenticate your account in order to contact our risk management team to gather more information about your claim. Please check your Direct Message inbox (it's the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).

We look forward to hearing from you.
