My router is not working

My router is not working I’ve done all the suggested troubleshooting and still doesn’t work. Also can not get ahold of any one on the phone spent hrs on the phone multiple times. I’ve been without internet for 3 weeks going on 4.

When calling during the pandemic, be prepared for call hold times of 2 - 3 hours. What gateway model do you have, and what lights are showing? I assume that this service worked at some point?

If you haven't already, I suggest that you download and install AT&T's Smart Home Manager from your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). It's a free tool and will help you identify if there are issues with your service, allow you to run a speed test, determine if you have good Wi-Fi performance throughout your home, etc. The tool can also schedule a service call, if indicated. If this doesn't help, you'll have to contact 800.288.2020 for service and be prepared for long wait times.
