Motorola phone not connecting to wifi.
On the wifi device the password is 6psb6tvqi4d6 or 6psb6+vqi4d6. I have entered it both ways. Keep getting message "check your password and try again." I have had similar problems connecting a Samsung phone and tablet, an Asus chrome book and an Asus windows laptop. Wifi is on and working on the devices that I finally got to connect, but this newer Motorola phone won't connect.

You can download the att smart home manager app and it will give you access to the WiFi password for the gateway which you can then copy paste into the settings area of the phone.

We can help you connect your Motorola phone to your Wi-Fi, kgsivley.
In addition to following the steps that gr8sho provided to copy and paste the password into your phone's settings, we suggest that you use the Smart Home Manager to change your Wi-Fi password. This should make it easier for you to sign in to the Wi-Fi on all your devices, since the password will be something you came up with and can easily remember. Here are the steps if you need them:
After signing in to the app, select More. Smartphone users will find More in the main menu icon.
Select Network.
Select the Wi-Fi network name or password to change.
Select the X at the right of the line to clear the existing name or password.
Enter a new Wi-Fi network name or password.
Select Save.
