Internet/TV outage in 29485 zip code for 5 days and counting.
Internet/TV outage has been going on for 5 days and counting. I'm tired of talking to customer support in India and the Philippines for them to just tell me the technicians report they need 24 to 48 hours to repair. There are no crews working in my neighborhood to fix this issue. My wife works from home and cant work without internet...she's loosing $200 per day of this outage. Totally unacceptable!

have you ever considered that maybe these people have no way of knowing when the outage will be fixed?

He's trying to tell you that basically the only ones who know exactly (or even generally) what is going on is the dept doing the repairs. Nobody the public can reach knows anything because AT&T walls off the depts from one another for gawd knows what reason. There may be people here in this forum, comprised mostly of customers like you or I, who will speculate on why, but that's only worth the price of admission here.
