Internet U-verse outage
I can not get a single agent or response to help me know how long the outage will last in Madison Alabama 3/22/2023 9:08 It has been 4 days. No weather and local issues on why. I can understand and handle things happening but for ATT not to inform your customers about not being able to provide a very expensive service for 24 hours then another 24 hours then another 24 hours…….There has got to be a time ATT communicates WHY and WHEN it will be fixed in a responsible time frame.

Am in Daly City, CA with similar problem , going on the 4th day right now...and the nitwit service reps keep saying 24 hrs. The ETA info is non existent , not even status updates. Going to drop ATT and go with a more reliable ISP. Have not been able to work for 2 days. On administrative leave. Going into office might be difficult as am 100% remote.
