We know there are a few areas affected by the weather and other unforeseen issues.
If you are in an area where the winter storms hit you, please check our online outage tool to see if you are affected by one. Please note, our teams do not have time frames for when an outage will be resolved. However, we will work as quickly as possible to resolve it.
You can also troubleshoot your service with AT&T's TS&R app. It is easy to use and beats calling in and waiting on hold.
