I called a month ago because we are trying to go paperless and have access to all of our invoices on line. There are several accounts that have an email attached to them but the person that the email belongs to is no longer with the company. When I called, the AT&T representative said that everything was changed over but I am still not able to access the accounts associated with this persons email address. I get notifications that the accounts are due or past due but have no way to go in and get any information. It wants to send a verification email to the person who is not here. I was told that I would receive something in the mail to get this taken care of but have still not received anything to get this changed. Why can't AT&T make the change from their office so that I can access the bills? This is very frustrating that I can't access the invoices I can pay them on time.
