How do I cancel my DSL service?
Need to cancel my DSL service. Don't have a working computer at home anymore, so we are constantly paying for a service we can't even use.
Tried calling. Stuck on hold for 25 min. until the phone (landline) went dead. Have been trying to find a way to cancel service online (on a public computer, of course). So far haven't been able to find the right page to cancle service. The only one it will allow me to accsess is specifically for U-verse.
I just need to cancel DSL. Internet doesn't do you any good when you don't have any working devices at home to use it with.

If you would like to remove, downgrade, or cancel existing AT&T DSL High Speed Internet services, please refer to Cancel AT&T services for assistance.

Just today, II'm still on the phone for 1 hr 4 min, attempting to cancel my service. Went to a ATT location and they could not cancel my service. I have been transferred to 5 different phone numbers which include 2 technical repair areas.
Why are they lacking in training?? How do I cancel my DSL internet service.....not one person can help me!!!
