How can I escalate an account Issue with Uverse Customer/Technical Services?
I have had an issue with my account since August of 2017. I have been without internet service for half a year trying to troubleshoot this concern. Every time I get someone who is going to help me, and they send a technician out to my house, the technician informs me that they cannot help and they will pass my account to their "escalation team" and then I never hear anything back. I have called on numerous occasions and spoken to numerous supervisors with AT&T and have yet to get a resolution to my issue. On Feb 6 I called an spoke to a supervisor (Inoon - not sure her spelling) Agent # AE0461, who was very helpful, but once again a service technician was sent out and nothing was done and I was told it would passed to the "escalation team" which once again did not contact me.
I have been without internet service since Aug and I just need to get my service restored. How can I get someone who will genuinely help me with this?
