Help w bill due to co vid 19

My unemployment hasnt kicked in yet and my service has been disconnected. Im trying to work from home using my internet and my son plays xbox constantly. Now we r having a hard time w our service suspended and i cant pay until i get the unemployment checks. Help

Unfortunately it won’t be restored until you pay your bill to zero. There was a waiver form you needed to fill out before interruption unfortunately now it’s too late

Don’t bother calling At&t. All they about is the money. I was given a one time courtesy even though I’ve been paying small portions. I’m still having a hard time keeping up and I get cut off on Monday. They returned my payment because it wasn’t enough. Verizon wireless which I know someone who has it as long as you make payments the won’t disconnect you. That’s the example AT&T should be following not greed
