Havent received email 2fa confirmations from " [email scrubbed] "

I purchased a very expensive game ESCAPE FROM TARKOV almost 2 years ago, and cannot receive ANY emails sent for 2fa to my email address. I am not able to play the game because I cannot login.   And no... They are are NOT going into my spam folder, lol.
