Hate this company

I have had nothing but problems with my internet since ive gotten it. The guys at the AT&T store lied to me and convinced me I had to have DIRECTV stream to have internet. I’ve never even watched it. I’ve spent hours on the phone being transferred back and forth  and still no answer to my problem or anything. I have never received a paper or electronic bill. So I don’t have an account number or anything. When I try to call them to get it so I can pay my bill, they can’t find me without an account number which I’ve never received. So I went 5 months without paying my bill because I had no way of doing so. Does anyone have a solution???

You should be able to log into your (internet) account online using your AT&T email address.

It's hard to believe that you haven't paid a bill in 5 months and you still have service.  Did you sign up for auto-pay to get that discount?

You can cancel DirecTV Stream but if you were getting a bundle discount, that will stop.

I don’t know why it kept running for months without me paying. The guy at the AT&T store told me to pay through DIRECTV Stream. So I thought I was paying my bill every month because it would come out through DIRECTV. I received two emails about pending suspension. So I called the company and they said no you’re not passed due. So I was like okay it’s a spam. Next month my internet quit working. I was on the phone for 2.5 hours, transferred 15 times, but only two of them was rude, just for the last guy to tell me yeah your account was cancelled. I really thought I was paying my bill every month. I got it turned back on but when I call to pay it or try to set it up online, they can’t find me.
