Fraudulent Billing, adjustments,doctoring of my bill to charge me unnecessary fees
I made a payment in August off a debit from a account not on my autopay and paused autopay. Auto pay still attempted to get payment and was declined over funds not in acct (that had been paid on another debit not eft) this sent me to arbitration which I won and a credit of 600 something was given a month later bill had all kinds of fees from my credit being adjusted and lessened by 100$ and the payment that was not posted magically appeared as I paid it when that was the reason I sought legal assistance i want the charges and fraud actions fixed now or I'll contact legal again! Also my acp was suspended over this because att said my internet bill was 590 when it was the satellite I resigned up to be told att never stopped receiving payment from the app discount
