Fixed Wireless Internet - Major issues for going on 9 weeks
I would like to know why AT&T is not addressing the severe internet issues in the 32696 Zip Code. I have spent over 13 hours of my time on hold or trying to talk to anyone to have them resolve this issue. I have had a technician out twice and have all NEW equipment. It is not the equipment. I am paying my bill monthly and still have NO service. I do not understand why this has not been addressed and the customers in this area notified. It seems a bit greedy to keep taking people's money for a service you aren't providing.
