Please use our, "How to view your bill online." support article. Follow these simple and easy steps:

1. Go to your bill. Sign in, if asked.
2. If you have more than one service, choose the bill you want to view. Your previous bill activity and current bill will display.
3. Expand sections to see more details.
   
   • To pay your bill, select Make a payment.
   • To see a copy of your paper bill, select Download bill.
   • To view previous bills, choose Bill & pay history.
