Do not go with ATT Internet

ATT Internet really not good to use, less speed. And more expensive.

 

I had finished legally 12 months contract. I had called customer service and gave notice not to extend the contract.

I had submitted all the equipments as per the instructions provided by ATT.

Now I see that ATT generated bill in error. And the bill shows early termination fee.

 

How is it possible early termination fee?

 

I legally finished 12 months contract. This is really disgusting and very scared.

 

I am not fool and immediately called customer service to take action on this.

They said its system error.

 

Guys, there are many ATT customers and they dont know about this situation. most of them customers will not see and pay the pending balance amount.

 

This way ATT fools customers and take money from them.

 

This is really not good at all.

 

ATT customers - Please awake. This ATT fooling us.

I’m pretty sure there’s a 24 month with the first 12 months discounted and they don’t prorate the month
