I keep experiencing connectivity issues and getting YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION IS UNSTABLE when on Zoom calls and using my Sonos system. My speed test shows speeds averaging around 29 MBPS.  I am working wirelessly, but my laptop is within two feet of the router with no onbstructions or anything in the way.  I am in zip code 95820.  What the heck is going on!?

At 29Mbps, you are just within the FCC's official definition of broadband. Might come down to your internet is not stable enough to support what you are trying to use it for..

However, I would turn off the WiFi on the laptop and try an Ethernet cord (rated Cat5e or higher) for a wired connection. This would help narrow down if the issue is internet in general, or just your WiFi between laptop and Gateway.

If you haven't had problems before the most likely answer is something is wrong with your internet.  contact tech support via phone to get them to help you.  the problem could be anything, gateway router, wires inside your house, wires outside your house, etc.
