Complaint - employees not wearing masks

There are employees of At&t who work a kiosk inside of a Target that consistently do not wear their masks. Their job is to talk to people in order to sell things, how can you have an employee make themselves such a potential hazard. I take it there's no official complaint system? But it's been weeks of this and there's seemingly no oversight. I've tagged this "problem," "Complaint," and "poor customer service," but if any one who reads this knows a better way to see this resolved, I'd be grateful.

What is the mandate where you live?

I'm in Texas and it's the wild west here.  I'd say about half the employees (anywhere) wear masks and even less of the general population but I still wear my mask.

Sellers in another store, such as Target, are not AT&T employees. They work for a 3rd party vendor that sells products and services for other companies.

Depends on the local rules. Where I live there is no mask requirement. Individual stores may have their own policies, but there is no regulation or law that mandates it.
