Community Bulk Services
I have been receiving a bill for the past 6 months. I have the community bundle with U-verse and internet and NO upgrades. This means I pay my apartment complex directly. I have called billing 6 different times to take care of the issue each time they tell me it’s taken care of and then I receive another bill. This time it went to collections and my services are suspended. I have tried to call multiple times and nothing gets fixed. Please help me, I am beyond frustrated and exhausted dealing with this. I must have internet to work from home. Thank you.
