I am getting charged for service that I'm not receiving. I have called several time and my online accounts say that the internet services is canceled but I'm still getting charged for the services. I haven't had internet service with AT&T since September 2022, I stayed on the phone with a Representative about 3hrs. Until I was stressed! I'm a Senior citizen on a fixed income and can't afford to keep paying for service I'm not getting, I hate to have to take Legal action against you but I don't know what else to do.

did you call and cancel service? sending the equipment back doesnt cancel service , your only legal recourse is binding arbitration
