How do I activate my internet service at my new location? U brought my Netgear box and plugged it in but it's not working 😢

Hi ramseyswift, we'd be glad to help you set up your gateway.

 

We recommend performing a factory reset on the gateway to help it connect. Unplug the power connection behind the gateway for ~15 seconds, plug it back in, and wait for the Broadband light to turn green.

 

For further assistance, please provide more information:

  • Is the gateway powering on?
  • What color are the lights on the gateway? Use our guide on gateway status lights to learn what the lights mean and how you should troubleshoot.
