Can't access certain sites

I have two AT&T hotspots (NetGear) and a Verizon JetPack hotspot.  From the Verizon hotspot I can access every address I try to get to.  I cannot get to https://spins.fedoraproject.org/ from either of my AT&T hotspots.  So:

yahoo.com  (AT&T hotspot - yes) (Verizon - yes)

spins.fedoraproject.org (AT&T hotspot - no) (Verizon - yes) (AT&T mobile wireless on my AT&T phone - yes)

The spins URL is only one example.  There are others.

Interestingly, I can get to spins from my AT&T phone when I use the built-in mobile wifi but not when my phone connects to one of the AT&T hotspots.

As I mentioned, I have two AT&T hotspots and get the same result on both.

I tried calling AT&T, but after hours on the phone, they simply hung up on me.  (I was always friendly and respectful!)

Hello blake1024, we're here to help get you access to certain websites using your hotspot.

Follow the listed steps when you can't access certain websites when using your device.

If you continue to experience the website being blocked, try using our Troubleshooting & Resolve tool to help find and fix problems with your mobile hotspot.

Thank you, but none of those steps helped.  Both devices are factory default except for passwords.  There are no filters or schedules set.

If this help in terms of our communications, I am a software engineer.

🤣  And ATTHelp people are essentially regular folks given a database of info to feed customers, so don't expect any tech talk.

I'm having the same issue!

I got here because I was trying to execute a dnf update on my vanilla Fedora workstation and couldn't even ping mirrors.fedoraproject.org while tethered to my AT&T iPhone 13 Pro Max. I ssh'd into my server at work from the same machine and could ping it no problem. I have an AT&T hotspot (ZTE MF279) in addition to my iPhone 13 Pro Max and couldn't ping fedoraproject.org from either one.

I could understand the ZTE maintaining a blacklist (this site isn't blacklisted on mine), but there's no way I'm aware of to blacklist sites for iPhone tethering.

Even weirder: I can access mirrors.fedoraproject.com from my iPhone's browser! Then I realized that I have iCloud Private Relay active on my iPhone...

This seems likely to be a matter of AT&T blacklisting mirrors.fedoraproject.org, for whatever reason.

I agree.  I suppose AT&T has gotten so big they no longer support the "little guy."  I've given up.
