Cannot access the AT&T Copyright Tutorial (Server Error)
You guys know the deal - like hundreds of people on here and reddit, I cannot access the tutorial because of a "server error". I haven't been able to figure out how to use the Member Email they give you ending in @att.com.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Or is it not fixable?
Thanks!

Hey @scjoiner. We'd be happy to help you with accessing the AT&T copyright tutorial.
We'd first suggest that you clear the cache and cookies from the current device that you're using. There could be saved data that is interfering with accessing the tutorial. You can also try using a different browser, and let us know if you still receive the same error.
Let us know if these steps help.

@ATTHelp I have tried 3 computers with 3 browsers on each. I don't believe it's the cache and cookies based on that.
I have seen lots of posts about this and that doesn't seem to work for the majority of people. I think what I need is to be able to access the Member ID email account to sign in to the tutorial page, but if you have another suggestion I'm happy to try it.

We can help you with the copyright infringement course, @scjoiner.
We'll be sending you a Direct Message to get started. Keep an eye open for the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the page.
Talk to you soon.

To everyone Googling this issue:
I spent 3 days straight trying to resolve this with AT&T in the chat. We spent hours and hours trying to get one of my computer(s) (I have 8) to launch the tutorial. No dice. I begged for another way to do the tutorial because I had spent so long trying. They ended up sending me a link that will supposedly put my account back in good standing.
I don't know if I'm allowed to share it, but the link is https://www.att.com/dmca/. Enter your IP from the email you got and accept the terms. Sorry if I'm not allowed to share that, AT&T - I just want to help everyone who had my same problem.
Good luck!

Too bad for AT&T. If they don't want it shared fix the website.
As you've seen, this has been a problem for ages. Yet I never heard even one person come back and say they'd actually been punished in some way for not going through the tutorial. I think AT&T just figured the letter would be enough to discourage further violations.

Perhaps you're right. I prefer not to take the risk, though.
I do wish they could get a handle on this. It's particularly not fair for those who are innocent of what they are being accused of.

I hear ya. Yeah, better to be safe than have to try and deal with AT&T trying to fix what is their problem to begin with.

Thank You
I have been trying for the past 3 days to get someone from the at&t community to help me with no luck whatsoever.
I am so glad I came across your post. Did exactly what you commented to do and the link you provided actually worked,
Much appreciated.
