Can I Automate Email Delivery of a .PDF of Our Monthly Account Statement?
My wife needs to submit our monthly AT&T internet bill to her work for reimbursement. Is there a way to get a .PDF of the bill automatically emailed to her address?
For a few months I automated the process using external services. I used FileThis.com to automatically login to our AT&T account and download billing statements to a folder on Google Drive. Then I used Zapier to mail any new uploads to that folder to my wife's address.
But after a short while the FileThis script seemed not to work anymore with AT&T's login process.
Does anyone know a successful way to automate receipt of a .PDF billing statement?

We're here to address your billing questions, @JGarrettca1.
If you're looking to forward your bill along to your wife's company automatically, your best bet is to try and find a 3rd party software that can forward the PDF attachment you get of your bill to the appropriate email address. Please keep in mind that we're unable to officially endorse any such software though since they're in no way associated with AT&T.
Aside from that, you're also free to update your billing information anytime so that your bill is automatically electronically delivered to your preferred email address.
Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns and we'll be happy to help.

Yes, that is what I said/did. However, the third party software stopped working with AT&T's login after a few months. I posted the issue here hoping to learn of other services that will work or ideas about why FileThis.com stopped working with AT&T's account login.
Even better, AT&T could allow an account statement to be emailed directly to us instead of just a billing summary and notification. Unless I'm mistaken, I can only receive an account statement from AT&T in the US mail; there is not a paperless option.

Hi, JGarrettca1.
To reiterate what Jarod said, the most that can be done from our end is to have you update your billing information to have the bill delivered to a specific email address. Anything beyond that will have to be done through the 3rd party software.
Thank you for contacting the AT&T Community Forums team. If you need help with anything else, let us know.

I follow you. You write AT&T can "have the bill delivered to a specific email address".
Here is my question: When you say the "bill" can be delivered, do you mean (A) an email containing a top-line summary of the monthly charges or do you mean (B) an email with the monthly account statement document attached with all the activities and fees and charges itemized?
We currently receive A, but we want to receive B. Can AT&T provide this?

We do not have the ability to accomplish the latter, JGarrettca1. The best option is to use a 3rd party program or have it delivered via USPS.
Thank you again for visiting the AT&T Community Forums.

Hey, @JGarrettca1 You know what you should do? Use a third-party program to get your statement!
Sigh....some days.....🙄
Do you get any sort of notice from FileThis about the connection? Their troubleshooting section talks about possible reasons. Are you able to log into att.com using the same credentials?
Doesn't look like they have any way to contact a support person, huh?

@tonydi LOL
I would have let this go except after saying third party is the only option, Jarod said:
"Aside from that, you're also free to update your billing information anytime so that your bill is automatically electronically delivered to your preferred email address".
So I had to make sure what "bill" means.
As for FileThis I tried some preliminary troubleshooting, and I will look further. The sense I get, though, is that the service is active but not really supported.
Maybe I can create an IFTTT or PowerAutomate script that will do the trick.

I used to love FileThis.com but I agree with @JGarrettca1, it appears that the service is still running (and they certainly have no issues with charging my credit card), but they don't seem to be supporting their tool any longer. The AT&T Wireless download has been broken for years. I have emailed them repeatedly and I only get some lip service about their "engineers will work on it". I call (Edited per community guidelines). They either need to admit that they are not supporting it any longer or actually spend some programming time to fix it.
