Billing credits for multiple service outages
I tried to use the chat feature but was consistently kicked out of it. In both September and November 2019 we experienced two week outages of our DSL internet and have yet to receive any bill credits. Both times the internet was out for 14-15 days with no resolution until multiple technicians came out to fix a problem at the main source down the road. I am just curious if there is someone that can assist as the members of the retails stores were not able to. At this point we believe we should have one month of service credited to our account.
