Bill payment and account restoration?
So my internet account is suspended right now cause forgot to pay it and eventually they shut it off/suspended the acct. When i pay my bill (plus the late fee charge) how long will it take for my wifi to start working again?

Once you make payment in full, it may take a few minutes or a couple hours for your internet (not WiFi) to start working again. That may require a reboot of the Gateway (modem/router combo) once the account shows active.
Though if you make it very late in the day, it might not work until the following day depending on their processing hours.
Just make sure to pay directly to them. Paying through 3rd party methods (MoneyGram, your bank's bill pay, etc.) may take up to 3 business days.
