AT&T missing multiple appointments
We have had multiple appointments scheduled and no call no show. Original 5/18/23 (no call no show), Second 5/22/23, no call no show, Third 5/30/23, no call no show, Fourth 6/5/23, no call, no show. Now I have an appointment for 6/7/23. Have have zero confidence they will show. This is new fiber for a business move. AT&T shows that the address is available for installation. I had been communicating with two different reps via email asking about status. Both have stopped communicating with me. Funny thing is AT&T is already in our building. I have asked for the local contact, but the reps will not provide. If they would call and give an update, that would help. I have to call and ask.
