att internet price increase

I have been with ATT since 1991 and now they sent me a bill with a very large increase and dont seem to concerned about treating customer fairly.  Has anyone else seen a increase and is Spectrum Charter better they are offering me a price similar to what I have with ATT but internet speed is a lot faster. Has anyone experienced this what solutions did you find  Thanks Roger
