AT&T Global Fraud Management Organization issued 4 months of discounts against my AT&T account that I have not received

On 3/17/22 after several very lengthy phone calls and emails that the AT&T Global Fraud Management Organization made to me about what they suspected were fraudulent purchases of iPhones being charged to my AT&T account, they approved and issued 40% discounts to be applied to my AT&T account for 4 months as compensation for the internal breach of my account.  The AT&T Fraud Group stopped the purchases (not once, but twice) and offered the four months of discounts as compensation for the breach of my AT&T account and for the lengthy amount of my time it took for the situation to be resolved.  I am still waiting for the discounts to be applied to my AT&T account.  Please advise ASAP.

I contacted the Fraud Dept. at the 877 number you listed.  Unfortunately, there is no one to talk to....you are directed to go to a website and open a "tix/issue/etc." on line which I did.  Hoping to hear back from someone.

Hi , we want to make sure you're being taken care of.

Let's meet in a Direct Message (DM). Check the message icon in the upper right hand portion of the page and reply back.

In the meantime, please gather your account information so that we can assist you. We also recommend checking out our article on Reporting Fraud for additional information.

We look forwarding to speaking with you in a DM.

NO.....I have not been taken care of.  AT&T Fraud tells me (via email after I complete the online fraud form) to contact AT&T Mobility Care.  I contact AT&T Mobility Care and they tell me to contact AT&T Fraud.  This back and forth has been going on for months.  I have emails from the Fraud Dept. outlining the discounts I am supposed to receive.  Sure wish there was a way to share those emails with someone in the Fraud Dept.   Does AT&T really have employees who actually assist customers?  Doesn't seem like it to me.
