AT&T deenrollment from AutoPay?

I got an email from AT&T saying I had been deenrolled from Autopay, and when I logged into my account it was no longer set up....I did not make that change so why did it happen?

Hello,

AT&T is doing many under handed things to its clients, they most likely cancelled your autopay, because they want to try to force you to pay data charges, they are doing this to all their customers, trying to charge data charges. My internet has been down for months and they are still trying to charge me, most of the charges have been credited back, but the greed is discussing, so please report your problem to the FCC, if we can get enough people complaining something will be done.
