AT&T customer service and outage issues

4 days without internet is something that will be talk about and share to the community.  I will share my experiences and recommend anybody not to use AT&T as provider. If they choose to use AT&T as provider good luck not having internet for 4 days.  I wouldn't use AT&T as provider.

Hey Mbrooks1219,

You have some wise words, but if you live in San Diego you are caught between an even crappier rock and a similarly apathetic hard place. AT&T knows they don’t have to care. Look at their stock go up. AT&T Internet down during Christmas and they are still profiting and paying other countries to answer their calls and deal with their dirty laundry. I feel bad for those in places their stuck in doors or require telework to survive and pay for this abysmal service.

I wouldn't use AT&T as provider. 

If you wouldn't use AT&T as a provider, how is it that you're blaming AT&T for your Internet being down for 4 days?

I'm using AT&T provider now but due to this dramatic issues of no internet for 4 days I'm switching to spectrum now.

LOL. They might want to read some of the posts on the Spectrum sub Reddit, similar complaints related to the recent extreme weather
