Att Account Account and account number

I am a residential internet customer and does not have an online account. I do not know my account number, nobody sends me Bill and I deducts money from my credit card every month. I am moving and need changes to my account. I will request my bank to deny money to ATT after my move, if I still find myself stuck at a dead end. Please call me or email me.
