A tech gave my info to a REP who stole the sign up bonus, now I can't sign into the new account.
It's very frustrating because I can't sign into my account... can't link the accounts... don't know the passcode.
Also the very nice person who helped me in my remote location didn't get any payment for Many hours of help.
I'll try to find time to call tomorrow. Any tips for a generic passcode?
