Where/how do i contact ATT to update the availability address?
I do have an AT&T white cable in my LV box, also the landlord told the unit is pre-wired with firbre.
But the "Check Availability" website is still showing "Looks like AT&T Internet isn't available at your address." for almost 6 months since i moved in.
I went to a ATT store, and they told me needs to get the system to update the address first.
The question is, where can i do this?
The store cannot do it, and the website requires an account which requires any kind of ATT service to contact an agent.
I can't find any place orz.

Thanks in advance.

Hello @Shininggod, we are happy to assist you with checking for service availability at your address.
AT&T Internet is a distance-dependent service. If you are too far away from the equipment, certain services may not be available. This means your neighbor may have service but your home cannot. If you are checking our availability, and it is not showing this may be the case. If you feel you are getting an incorrect “Services unavailable at your address” response, please fill out a quick online form. AT&T will validate your address and get back to you with the results.
Thank you for reaching out to us at AT&T Community Forums.

When checking neighbors address online, can any order internet? If yes what speed tier?
Of others can order need to call and request an address validation case be opened. Should be given a case number, can take several weeks before database is updated.
If ATT fiber internet is not available to neighbors, then none have been activated meaning there is a problem needing to be resolved which timeline would be unknown.

Hello @ATTHelp ,
When i click the link, i cannot find any "form", only "check availability" "call 855.601.3052" ...etc orz.
Hello @my thoughts
My neighbour cross garabge, next block, and the future neighbour (the unit is still under construction) all has it.
Plan listed is AT&T Fiber Internet 1000/500/300
Looks like only the units in my block is the unlucky one.

You're welcome, @Shininggod.
We can also raise a ticket in our system to have your address researched, but we'll need to meet in direct message in order to gather this information. Please check your Direct Message inbox (it's the chat icon located next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).
We look forward to hearing from you.
